Verstappen, how to obtain the permit to race?

To race in the NLS, Verstappen must obtain a DMSB permit for the Nordschleife, which requires at least two races in a lower class (non-GT3) and 14 incident-free laps. His F1 experience and status as a four-time World Champion might convince the DMSB to grant him an exemption, reducing the requirements or speeding up the process. There has been speculation about a possible special dispensation, though no official confirmation has been given.
