Ferrari 12Cilindri Destroyed in Germany Crash
Serious accident in Germany on the A3 motorway near Wachenroth, Bavaria. A Ferrari 12Cilindri was completely destroyed after a violent crash involving a Polestar and a truck.
According to the police, the incident started when the Polestar attempted to overtake, moving from the central lane to the overtaking lane to pass the truck ahead. At that moment, the Ferrari approached at high speed and, despite braking, could not avoid the crash.
The impact was devastating. The Ferrari, driven by a 53-year-old man, struck both the Polestar and the truck, even causing the latter to overturn.
Fortunately, none of the vehicle drivers suffered serious injuries. Only a passenger in the Polestar sustained minor wounds. Some vehicles in the opposite lanes were hit by debris from the collision, but no further accidents occurred.
During the rescue operations and road clearance, Bavaria police reported 65 motorists as being “too curious. They slowed down, created traffic jams, and filmed the scene with their phones, obstructing the emergency efforts.
The Ferrari 12-Cylinder, what was destroyed?

The car involved in the accident is the new Ferrari 12Cilindri. It’s the latest GT from Maranello that celebrates the pure naturally aspirated V12 engine in an era dominated by hybrids. At its heart lies a 6,496 cc V12 engine, producing 830 horsepower at 9,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 678 Nm at 7,250 rpm.
The setup is that of a true grand tourer: rear-wheel drive, an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic/sequential gearbox, and a chassis built on a body weighing around 1,560 kg for the coupé, while the Spider version comes in at approximately 1,620 kg. Its dimensions are imposing, with a length of 4.73 meters, a width of nearly 2.18 meters, and a low height of about 1.29 meters that emphasizes its sleek profile.
Performance and price
Performance is top-tier: 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 340 km/h. The fuel tank holds 92 liters, and the coupé’s trunk offers a surprisingly generous 270 liters for the category. This is a car designed for those who love the roar, the thrill, and Ferrari tradition, both on the road and as a collector’s piece.
As for pricing, the coupé starts at €395,000. The Spider (convertible) version begins around €435,000, with the total easily rising when adding optional features. As optionals special paints, or bespoke interior finishes.
