Delivery of Two new Stellantis Supercars to the Carabinieri
Today, at the General Command of the Carabinieri in Rome, two truly special vehicles were delivered: the new Maserati MC20 Pura and the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio.
These supercars will play a crucia and life saving role. They will be used for the urgent transport of blood and organs across Italy. This in cases where aircraft cannot operate due to weather or operational reasons.
The Carabinieri already have high-performance vehicles for this service. Two pre-facelift Giulia Quadrifoglio models (one in Rome and one in Milan) and a Lotus Evora V6. These older models are likely to continue supporting the new arrivals for the time being.

The brand-new models from the Stellantis Group represent a true pride for Italian automotive engineering. Released from the factory about a month ago, the vehicles have been equipped with special features for emergency missions. They feature a control panel for warning lights, mounts for official signaling paddles, and a dedicated compartment for the safe transport of organs.

And then there’s the performance, true jewels of Italian engineering.
The Maserati MC20 Pura is a high-performance coupé powered by a 630-hp twin-turbo V6 Nettuno engine with patented pre-chamber technology.
It features a carbon-fiber monocoque, designed to ensure maximum stability and speed even under the most demanding conditions, with state-of-the-art technological solutions.
The Giulia Quadrifoglio, distinguished by the legendary Quadrifoglio Verde, symbol of Alfa Romeo’s DNA, is powered by a 520-hp twin-turbo V6 coupled with a mechanical limited-slip differential, rear-wheel drive, and a sport-tuned suspension. It is also equipped with safety features tailored to the operational needs of the service.

Italian products for the best Carabinieri valuable ally
“We are proud to provide the Carabinieri with two vehicles that represent the pinnacle of Italian technology and design,” said Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa.
“The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and Maserati MC20 Pura are not just symbols of performance and style; they are practical tools to ensure speed and safety in life-critical missions. This collaboration demonstrates our commitment to combining automotive excellence with social responsibility.”
With this important delivery, the partnership between Stellantis and the Carabinieri is further strengthened. A collaboration that highlights the Group’s excellence not only in serving security and public order but also in all the other activities in which the Carabinieri are engaged.
